Ronda helps The Rock and steals the show in 'World Cup' by telecatch in the USA

UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey He is already considered the biggest star in MMA today and this past Sunday (29) he gave further proof of that. Closing a week in which she was a guest on talk shows, had appearances on North American ESPN and even an exclusive meeting with the governor of New York, in order to discuss the regulation and release of mixed martial arts in the state, Ronda participated in the 31st edition of Wrestlemania, which can be considered the “World Cup” of telecatch in the United States.

In her participation, Ronda got into the ring to help none other than “The Rock” (Dwayne Johnson), a big star in the sport who is also successful as a star in action films in the cinema. The UFC champion watched the event from the front row and was invited by The Rock to teach the couple Triple H and Stephanie McMahon a lesson. First, The Rock lands a series of blows on Triple H, who is then thrown out of the ring by Ronda with a judo throw. Afterwards, the blonde goes after McMahon and also expelled the event owner's daughter.

In addition to Ronda, the Wrestlemania 31 was attended by another big MMA star: Brock Lesnar, which returned to pro wrestling since he hung up his gloves and recently announced his stay in the sport, frustrating Ultimate fans. Brock had the main event of the night and lost the WWE heavyweight belt to Seth Rollins.

Since 1985, WWE, the main pro-wrestling organization (a mix of martial and performing arts, known as telecatch in Brazil), has held “Wrestlemania” annually, an event that attracts tens of thousands of people to the stadiums where it takes place and millions of other viewers on pay-per-view TV. In 2015, the Wrestlemania took place at Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers (of the NFL), and had an audience of over 76 thousand people and income of more than US$12 million (R$40 million).
