Werdum: “It’s my turn to face Fedor”

After defeating Antonio “Pezão” Silva last Saturday and achieve his second consecutive victory in Strikeforce, the black belt Fabricio Werdum reaffirmed the desire to face the beast Fedor Emelianenko, who in the same event knocked out the undefeated Brett Rogers.

“It’s my turn now. I have a lot of respect for Fedor, he is the best in the world. I've already faced alistair overeem (Strikeforce champion) in Japan, now it’s my turn to face Fedor”, said Werdum at the press conference after the event.

“I believe in my techniques and, if I go to the ground, I believe in my Jiu-Jitsu”, he concluded.
