Anderson Silva has flight problems, but arrives in Las Vegas for UFC 183. Watch!

The long-awaited week of the return of Anderson Silva The Octagon has officially started and has already presented some unforeseen events for the fighter. In the early hours of this Wednesday (28) Brasília time, still Tuesday night on the North American West Coast, Anderson landed in Las Vegas, the stage for the fight against Nick Diaz next Saturday (31), after experiencing some problems with the flight that brought him to Los Angeles, where he completed the final stretch of his preparation for UFC 183.

The information was released on the official UFC page on the social network Facebook. The organization did not disclose what type of problem Spider faced on the short trip between California and Nevada, but released images of Spider's arrival at the hotel where he will stay until the day of the fight.

Starting this Wednesday (28), the official UFC 183 schedule begins, with the event's open training sessions. Then, on Thursday (29), the Media Day, in which the main stars of the night meet the press. On Friday (30), it's time to face the scales at the official weigh-in. Furthermore, of course, on Saturday (31), the wait comes to an end and the MGM Grand Garden hosts the 12 fights scheduled for the card.

At 39, Anderson Silva has a record of 33 wins and six losses. Without fighting since December 2013, when he fractured his left leg during the rematch against Chris Weidman, Spider returns to the octagon in the same place as the injury that left him out of action for the entire year of 2014. President Dana White already said, in a recent interview, that Spider could fight for the middleweight belt against Weidman or Vitor belfort if you pass by Nick Diaz.
