Launched in mid-January, Spider Life Show, the official reality show of Anderson Silva, reached its fourth episode this Thursday (22). In the new chapter, Anderson leaves Brazil and heads to the United States to intensify the final stretch of his preparation for the fight against Nick Diaz, at UFC 183. In California, Spider trained hard with his team and took the opportunity to introduce “Muay Thai College”, his gym in Torrance, a city in the Los Angeles region.

The start of training Anderson Silva It happened under the supervision of physical trainer Rogério Camões, with a series of gauntlets after going up and down a staircase. Soon after, Spider goes to his gym in the United States and presents the entire structure, which has a complete apparatus for physical and technical preparation, in addition to the fighter's private office. Finally, Anderson returns to work and does an intense workout with instructor Daniel Woirin.
With 12 episodes confirmed for its first season, the reality show Spider Life Show will be shown in two weekly episodes, approximately ten minutes each, released on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Furthermore, a special chapter will be produced for January 31st, when the former champion faces Nick Diaz in the main fight of UFC 183.
