The announcement provoked the anger of ex-UFC Daley, who responded to the news with a provocation towards the Brazilian. "Nervous? Afraid? I understand, you are preparing to fight me. I would be scared. Okay, I imagine you want to take some more photos with the belt”, wrote the fighter, implying that it will be kept on the card. “My focus has changed. It will be the same date, with a new opponent. It’s the British invasion [name given to the attraction, as it contains several athletes from the island] at Bellator 134. As for you… I’ll see you soon.”

Bellator 134 will be held in the city of Uncasville, in the US state of Connecticut.
