Daniel Cormier will try, this Saturday (03), in the main fight of UFC 182, to do something that no one has yet managed in MMA: defeat Jon Jones, which has a single setback due to disqualification in its history.

Undefeated in his career with 15 victories, DC, as he is known, had additional help in training to try to win the light heavyweight belt. Actor Steven Seagal, who has already helped Lyoto Machida e Anderson Silva for his fights, he is disaffected by Jones and offered to help the challenger.
Cormier explained that the actor offered to help with training. “I don't know where it came from, but I've heard stories that say the Jon Jones was very disrespectful to Master at some point, so he is willing to help me. This will be his revenge”, said Daniel, to the North American website MMA Fighting.
Daniel Cormier said that Seagal will be in Las Vegas to watch the fight closely. “He will be here and he said he has things he wants to show me because he thinks they will work against the Jon Jones. He will be here to support me”, said DC, who talked about training with the actor.
“I already trained with him in a hotel. I went to his room and he showed me some grips that were very effective. I can honestly say I've used them. That was in July, two years ago,” he concluded.
Steven Seagal, 62 years old, is a master of Aikido and a black belt in Judo, Kung-fu, Kendo, Hapkido, Karate and Krav Maga. He has already been involved in two training Brazilians for big fights. In the duel of Anderson Silva against Vitor belfort, in February 2011, Spider guarantees that the kick that declared his victory was taught by the actor. Already in the triumph of Lyoto Machida over Randy Couture, at UFC 129, in April 2011, also with a high kick, Seagal was in Lyoto's corner.
