The last UFC weigh-in in 2014 had no major setbacks. This Friday (19), in Barueri (SP), Lyoto Machida and CB Dollaway had no difficulties reaching the middleweight division limit and confirmed the main fight of UFC Fight Night 58, which will take place this Saturday. The weigh-in was also marked by the extravagant look of Japanese Yuta Sasaki, which provoked warm reactions from the fans present.

Machida did not use the pound (0,45 kg) tolerance given to fights that are not worth the belt and weighed in at 83,9 kg. Dollaway was just above, but without exceeding the allowed limit. After stepping off the scale, the two fighters had a tense confrontation, although they later greeted each other coldly.

The only one to use the towel was Patrick Cummins, opponent of the TUF Brazil 3 champion, Antonio Shoe Guy. On his first attempt, the North American was less than half a kilo above the allowed limit, but he stepped on the scale again after the weigh-in ended and managed to reach the category limit.
