The pitch that has already hosted Palmeiras idols such as Ademir da Guia, Leivinha and Marcos, was the scene of an unusual dispute this Thursday (18). The two main stars of UFC Barueri, Lyoto Machida e Renan Barao, didn't miss the opportunity to hit a ball at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo, location of the event's open training sessions.

In a small space reserved for fighters, Lyoto showed more intimacy with the ball, trying daring dribbles and even applying a pen to the former UFC bantamweight champion. Barão tried to fight back, but showed that football is definitely not his strong point.
Machida is in the main fight of UFC Barueri this Saturday (20), when he faces North American CB Dollaway in the middleweight division. Barão faces Canadian Mitch Gagnon in the previous fight, valid in the bantamweight category.
