In one of the most predictable outcomes of recent times, the five-round battle between Junior Gypsy e Stipe Miocic received the “Fight of the Night” bonus at UFC on FOX 13, this Saturday (13). The duel, which closed the night, was won by the Brazilian, in a unanimous decision by the judges. For the award, both Cigano and Miocic will receive a check for US$50 (approximately R$132, at the current exchange rate).

Despite the dominant performance against Nate diaz, and the undisputed victory over the former lightweight belt challenger, the Brazilian Rafael dos Anjos He was not among those awarded for his performance. “Performance of the Night” bonuses were awarded to Matt Mitrione and Ian Entwistle.
Mitrione beat the Brazilian Gabriel Napao by knockout in the first round, on the main card of the night. Entwistle submitted Anthony Birchak with a heel hook in the fight that opened the event. Just like Cigano and Miocic, each of the two also takes home US$50 (around R$132).
