One of the new sensations of national MMA among the lightest, Alexandre pantoja entered the WOCS 5 card, which takes place on September 27th, at Clube Oásis, in Barra da Tijuca. The fighter, who is coming off resounding victories, replaces Rodrigo Ratinho, who ended up getting injured. The opponent will be Magno Alves.
“I'm very happy to fight WOCS again, one of the biggest events in Brazil and to be able to watch the debut of my training partner Bruno Pessanha, Brazilian muay thai champion. I came in to replace Ratinho, who broke his nose, but I was already at a good training pace. I was already training hard for the CBMT Brazilian Muay Thai final and fighting with a Vander student is always good, a sign that the fight will have good striking”, he says about the Top Brother representative.
On the rise in national events, Pantoja believes that fighting can help him achieve other achievements.
“I will later compete for the Shooto Brasil title and my goal is also to take the belt to Arraial do Cabo”, he concludes.
