José Aldo posts photo of jiu-jitsu training with 98 World Cup champion player

UFC champion was with Bixente Lizarazu, former French player and brown belt in the gentle art

football fanatic, José Aldo had the opportunity to train with a World Cup-winning athlete this Wednesday (26). But the training didn't take place on the pitch, but on the mats, as the baller in question, Bixente Lizarazu, is also a master at jiu-jitsu.

Left-back for the France team during the 1998 World Cup, Lizarazu began practicing the soft art after retiring from playing in 2006, and is now a brown belt. The training was recorded by Aldo, who posted the photo on his Facebook account: “Today the jiu-jitsu training was special. Lizarazu are very fine people,” he wrote.

In addition to training with Aldo, Lizarazu will also participate in an event organized by the brothers Rodrigo Minotauro e Rogério Minotouro, Team Nogueira Beach, which will be held this Saturday (29) on Barra da Tijuca beach, in Rio de Janeiro.
