The UFC has changed its plans for its next title defense Ronda Rousey, which will be against Zingano cat. The fight, originally scheduled to take place in early January, was transferred to UFC 184, on February 28, in the same event that will have Chris Weidman against Vitor belfort for the middleweight title.
The announcement was made by UFC president, Dana White, in a video posted on Instagram. The reason for the change was not revealed by the North American organization.
This will be the fifth defense of the women's bantamweight belt for Ronda, who is undefeated as a professional – having won her ten fights by submission or knockout.
