Chris Cyborg, current Bellator champion, surprised fans of MMA by asking for a rematch against Amanda nunes, former champion of Ultimate, in the historic event UFC 300, which will take place in April, in Las Vegas (USA). The Curitiba native, who was defeated by the “Leoa” in 2018, used social media to challenge her compatriot, who retired last year.
Cyborg, who left the UFC in 2019, after disagreements with president Dana White, stated that she would like to participate in the organization's centenary card and face Amanda again, who knocked her out in 51 seconds in their first fight. The Curitiba native, who is considered one of the greatest fighters of all time, said she wants to settle the score with the “Leoa”, who is also seen as the best of her generation.
