About to make the most important fight of his MMA career on December 13th, Stipe Miocic already have a plan in mind to defeat junior gypsy in the main attraction of UFC on FOX 13. The American of Croatian descent believes that pressure will be a fundamental factor in the outcome of the fight, which will be held in the city of Phoenix, in the state of Arizona (USA).

"The pressure. I'm going to put pressure on him and not let him land any punches,” said Miocic, when asked by the North American website “MMA Fighting” what the key would be to defeating Cigano. “He’s a great guy, a good fighter. He moves around a lot, there's no doubt the big boy moves fast. He hits hard, just like any other fighter in the heavyweight division. I respect him a lot. He's a former champion, so he knows what he's doing. But I will be ready on December 13th.”

If Cigano wins, Miocic believes there is only one viable path forward. “Junior is second in the ranking. That would put me right behind Fabricio Werdum, so regardless of what happens in the title fight, I should get a chance.”
