MMA fans had a pleasant surprise this Friday. The WEC organization announced that the 42nd edition of the show will, for the first time in history, be broadcast live on the internet and can be watched anywhere in the world. WEC-42, which takes place this Sunday, features in the main fight the fight for the featherweight belt, where the reigning champion Miguel Angel Torres defends his reign against the undefeated Brian Bowles. The winner of this fight will be named the best fighter in the world at 61 kilos.
In addition to the featherweight title fight, four Brazilians will be in action in the preliminary fights. Fredson Paixão faces Cole Province, Rani Yaya faces Johm Hosman and Brazilians Rafael Dias and Diego Nunes will face off. Check out the full card:
