The businesswoman and girlfriend of Paulo borrachinha, Tamara Alves, was not shaken by the statements made by the representative of the former middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg.) UFC, Robert whittaker, who stated that the Brazilian was not interested in facing him in the Ultimate Octagon.
On her social networks, Tamara denied the Titus Day allegations and defended the image and reputation of his athlete. According to the agent, Borrachinha is willing to fight Whittaker and has not shied away from an agreement.

“They have claimed that Paulo did not sign the contract for this fight or that he is not interested in fighting, or that he is playing with this fight. I want to make it clear that all of this is a lie,” said the businesswoman on social media.
Borrachinha is 32 years old and has a record of 14 wins and two losses in MMA. He is currently ranked sixth in the UFC middleweight rankings. Whittaker, on the other hand, has a record of 24 positive results and seven negative results in MMA. He is currently placed third in the same category.
The fight between the two middleweights had already been announced by the UFC in 2021, but was canceled due to the Brazilian's flu. In the current season, the league also announced a fight involving the two in February this year in Australia, but Borrachinha denied having signed a contract with Ultimate.
