After being confirmed on the Bitetti Combat card, the American Jeff monson may have to leave the show. Scheduled to face the Brazilian Pedro rizzo, on September 12th, in a rematch of the fight that took place in 2007, the “Iceman” suffers from problems outside the ring.
Monson was convicted by American justice for spraying anarchist symbols in the state of Washington in January of this year. As a penalty, the fighter, in addition to being detained for 90 days, paying a fine of 21 thousand dollars, had his passport withdrawn for an indefinite period, which would make it impossible for him to travel to Brazil.
