UFC Fight Night 51, an event that took place on September 13th in Brasília (DF), had a doping case registered. The Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA), the UFC's regulatory entity in Brazil, announced that athlete Piotr Hallmann was caught using anabolic steroids in tests carried out after the attraction.

The Pole, defeated by Gleison Tibau in the co-main fight of the event, had the substance dostranolone detected in his body. Therefore, he will be suspended for nine months from the date of the event, and he will need to undergo new anti-doping control tests if he wants to fight in Brazil again.
