Dana White spared no criticism of the referee for delay in stopping the fight between jalin turner e Bobby Green, valid for the co-main fight of the ufc austin, held last Saturday (2/12). The president of Ultimate classified Kerry Hatley's performance as “one of the worst he's ever seen” and lamented the excessive blows suffered by the veteran, who was brutally knocked out in the first round.

The controversy began when Turner landed a powerful straight right on Green, who fell practically unconscious to the ground. The Tarantula, as he is known, took advantage and threw several punches at the veteran's face, who offered no defense. Hatley took a while to realize the situation and only stopped the fight when the fighter was completely unconscious.

At a press conference after the event, Dana said that Hatley knew she had made a mistake and that she didn't feel good about it. The official stated that some referees have said stupid things in the past, such as “I allowed her to be a warrior tonight”, but that he was not one of them.

“It was one of the worst (outages) I’ve ever seen. The difference is that some referees said some s*** previously, like: I allowed her to be a warrior tonight.' He knows he made a mistake and doesn't feel good about it. It is a shame. It was a bad interruption, really bad”, said Dana.
