In the early hours of September 20th, the legendary Saitama Super Arena was the stage for UFC Fight Night 52, or UFC Japan 2014, the only edition of Ultimate in Japan this year.
In the main fight of the night, Roy Nelson was knocked out for the first time since he debuted in the UFC. The feat fell to the New Zealander Mark Hunt, who won the battle of “fatties”.
In addition, the night of fights also featured other big names in Ultimate, such as: the former challenger for the women's bantamweight belt Miesha Tate, the promising Miles Jury and Takanori Gomi.
All these subjects were the subject of the edition of the SUPER FIGHTS PODCAST who analyzed the event, with a presentation by Lucas Carrano and participation by Bruno Ferreira and Eduardo Oliveira.
