Sports organizations in the United States have suffered a huge crisis in the last week. After the NFL, an American football league, revealed three cases of domestic violence in a row, the UFC also suffers from the same problem. Last Friday night (19), the organization fired the Brazilian again Thiago Silva because his wife disclosed a threat video. Now the light heavyweight Anthony Johnson was suspended from the event indefinitely.

The reason for the hook would be an attack on his ex-wife. The mother of the athlete's two children filed a complaint with the police about threats. She also claimed that in 2012, Johnson knocked her out with punches to the face, knocking out two of her teeth.

In addition to the episode that led to his removal, Johnson was reportedly involved in other fights with the mother of his children. According to the report obtained by the website “Bloody Elbow”, in only one of these confusions did she go to the police. The woman, whose name was not revealed, says she still receives text messages threatening aggression. Johnson's former partner guarantees that the messages are not from the fighter, but from friends linked to him.

This is not the first time that Johnson has been involved in a fight with former teammates. In 2009, the fighter was also arrested on charges of domestic violence, death threats and destroying a cell phone to avoid reporting a crime. He was sentenced to three years probation and a fine.
