The fighter, who faces Henry “Sentoryu” Miller by the title of the organization, commented exclusively to the website SUPER FIGHTS How was the training in the United States?
“I spent almost two months at ATT preparing for the 18th of July where I will fight in the GP Heat final. I arrived in Japan yesterday afternoon and I’m ready to fight,” he said. “During preparation I did work that helped me with the speed of my punching and kicking movement, among various modern equipment for strength and resistance. The training was carried out with the Thiago Silva, my training partner, who will also fight in the UFC soon”, concluded the fighter.
The duel between Cristiano Kaminishi and Henry “Sentoryu” Miller takes place this Saturday, July 18, in Japan.
