After five consecutive knockout victories in the WEC, the Brazilian José Aldo will have the chance to compete for the organization's featherweight belt. The black belt challenges the champion Mike Thomas Brown at WEC-45, which takes place on November 11th, in the United States.
Aldo comes from victory over Cub swanson at WEC-41, by knockout, just eight seconds into the fight, while Thomas Brown also comes from a triumph over Urijah faber, in the unanimous decision of the arbitrators, in June.
