Hendo: “I only fight at middleweight to fight for the belt”

After the spectacular knockout over Michael Bisping, the american Dan Henderson aims for a rematch against the Brazilian Anderson Silva, who defeated him at UFC-82. In exclusive contact with the website SUPER FIGHTS, Ricardo Pantcho, the fighter's jiu-jitsu coach, told us Hendo's decision, right after his fight at UFC-100.

“I will only fight at middleweight to fight for the belt and have a rematch against Anderson Silva,” Henderson said, via Pantcho. The Brazilian black belt analyzed how he sees the moment experienced by his student.

“Hendo doesn't like to drop weight and in that fight against Anderson he had very little time to drop to a weight he hadn't made in over two years. That’s not an excuse he uses, but it’s a fact.” “Today he was ready to knock out, we knew that if Bisping didn’t run hard in the fight he would fall.” concluded Ricardo Pantcho.
