Jacaré and Mousasi make weight and confirm fight at UFC FN 50; From the Bronx fails

Protagonists of the main fight of UFC Fight Night 50, Ronaldo Jacare e Gegard Mousasi They had no problems making weight this Friday (4), during the official weigh-in for the event held in Ledyard, in the US state of Connecticut.

The Brazilian, fourth in the middleweight category, weighed 83,9 kg on the scale, while Mousasi, seventh on the list, used the extra pounds in non-title fights and weighed in at 84,3 kg. The two fighters

In the co-main fight of the night, alistair overeem ended the suspense regarding his weight. The Dutchman appeared thinner on the scale, and weighed 112 kg even though he was wearing jeans and a cap. His opponent, Ben Rothwell, was close to the heavyweight division limit at 119 kg.

If there were no scares on the main card, the same cannot be said about the last fight on the preliminary list. Charles of the Bronx, who will take revenge against Nik lentz, was 1,8 kg overweight in the featherweight division, and now has three hours to try to lose the remaining amount. He was the only one of the 20 fighters at the event to fail the weigh-in.
