The victories over Jessamyn Duke and Shayna Baszler, training partners of Ronda Rousey and members of the group “Four Horsewomen”, seems to have greatly increased the Brazilian woman’s confidence Beth Pitbull. “I don't know what Dana White's plans are, but I respect his decisions. He knows what he has to do. But the only thing I can say is that I really want to be the champion. I know I would have a great fight against Ronda and that I am capable of beating her. I know that”, said Bethe, in an interview with the “MMA Fighting” website. “I am one of the first women to sign with the UFC, I am undefeated and I have the right to ask for this opportunity. I want to fight for the title. I challenge Ronda Rousey to end my invincibility, because it won't. I'm the one who will retire undefeated as UFC champion. My dream is to fight for the title. I want to show the whole world that I am the UFC champion”, she added.
The Brazilian took the opportunity to evaluate her performance against Shayna Baszler at UFC 177. “I'm very happy with my victory and my performance. I pleased the public and that's what matters to me. It was an exciting fight and it also pleased Dana White, who praised my performance, so I completed my mission. I wanted the knockout”, said the Brazilian, who won by technical knockout in the second round.
Bethe also said she believes that the way she achieved victory made people change their impression of her as a fighter. "I needed that. I knew people would look at me as a great fighter with this. I needed this to get where I want, to get to the title fight. I'm confident. I'm ready to fight for the title. People see me with different eyes today, they see me as a top-tier fighter now,” she analyzed.

In recent months, the Brazilian has been involved in a great rivalry with the “Four Horsewomen” team, which includes Jessamyn Duke, Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Ronda Rousey.
