Former UFC star reveals he intends to resume his martial arts career next season

Former UFC star, Jorge masvidal admits that he intends to resume his career in martial arts. An MMA veteran, the fighter revealed plans to test himself in boxing in the 2024 season. Instagram, the veteran spoke about the subject.

“Yes (about wanting to compete in boxing in 2024). It won't be this year. I don't have names (of opponents) at the moment, but I can say it will happen next season. I can only say that someone will die,” Masvidal said.

An MMA veteran, Jorge announced his retirement from the sport at the beginning of 2023. A former challenger for the welterweight belt (up to 77,1kg) in Ultimate, the fighter abandoned the sport at the age of 38.

As a professional in mixed martial arts, the North American accumulated 52 appearances. In total, the combatant had 35 positive results and seven negative results.
