In the comments on the photo, he was the target of jokes from fans, who suggested that the fighter had applied ketchup to fake the bleeding. Furthermore, Luke Rockhold pointed out former UFC and Strikeforce fighter Mike Kyle, also an AKA athlete, as possibly responsible for the damage.
