However, the fighter had to go through an embarrassing situation before the fight. James Lee Mein, Jordan's father, was arrested on Friday at the hotel where the UFC fighters are staying. He was accused of sexually assaulting a chambermaid.
According to local police, Jordan Mein's father, in addition to sexually assaulting the hotel employee in the city of Tulsa, bit her in her room. He was released on $2 bail. Despite this, the UFC vetoed his entry into the event's gym and classified James Lee Mein's actions as “deplorable”.
