Anderson Silva is going strong in training after confirming his fight against Nick Diaz, which will be on January 31, 2015, in the main attraction of UFC 183.
Recently, the former UFC middleweight champion posted on his account Instagram the first video of their training since the commitment was made official at the beginning of the week. The Brazilian, who holds the record for victories and title defenses in the Octagon, appears using the gauntlet in boxing training, which could be a fundamental weapon in the victory over Diaz.

The fight, which will be in Las Vegas (United States), will be Anderson's first in Ultimate since the fateful fracture he suffered against Chris Weidman, in December 2013, when he was trying to regain the organization's middleweight belt.
