The 'witch was loose' in the main fight of the UFC Las Vegas 79, held this Saturday (23). Protagonist in the event, Raphael Fiziev ended up suffering an injury to his left knee in the second round and the injury determined the victory of Mateusz gamrot.
In the images (see below), it is possible to follow the exact moment in which the athlete from Kazakhstan suffers the injury. After throwing a kick with his right leg, the fighter immediately collapsed when he felt the trauma to his left knee. Noticing Fiziev's condition, the referee stopped the challenge.

With the defeat, Rafael suffers the second consecutive setback, something unprecedented in his career so far. In addition to the stumble, the fighter is expected to lose sixth place in the rankings to Mateusz, who entered the Octagon as seventh in the group.
