About to have one of the most important fights of his career, Conor McGregor Thinks further and is already talking about winning the UFC featherweight belt. The Irishman, who will face Diego Brandao in his hometown, Dublin, next Saturday (19), he guaranteed that he will end 2014 as the champion of the under-66 kg category.

McGregor stated that he had visions of winning the title, which currently belongs to another Brazilian, José Aldo. “I seem to have a habit of predicting the future. I have these visions and they come true. I will never doubt my visions, nor should anyone else. I have a clear, clear vision that the golden belt will be around my waist at the end of 2014. And I'm coming to achieve it. I'm taking over the game. Sit back, relax and watch me take charge of the game”, promised the Irishman, in an interview with the North American website “MMA Fighting”.

The fight between McGregor and Brandão will be the main event of UFC Fight Night 46, the first event held in Dublin since 2009. “Notorious”, as he is known, will be looking for his third victory in three fights in the UFC, coming off victories over Marcus Brimage and Max Holloway. Brandão was defeated in his last fight, being knocked out by Dustin poirier in December last year.
