With seven athletes on the card and five victories achieved on the night, Brazil also dominated the awards at UFC Fight Night 45, held this Wednesday (16) in Atlantic City (USA). For his performance against Alex White, lucas mineiro won one of the “Performance of the night” bonuses. The fight between John Lineker and the Turkish Alptekin Özkiliç, won by the Brazilian by knockout with just nine seconds to go, was considered the “Fight of the Night”. As a result, each person takes home US$50 (around R$110).
In addition to the Brazilians and the Turkish, the North American Donald Cerrone, who knocked out Jim Miller With a high kick in the main fight of the night, he earned the other performance bonus of the event. With this, Cerrone reaches his fourth consecutive victory and for the fourth time winning one of the prizes offered by Ultimate. It's worth remembering that the “Cowboy” recently declared that he was heavily in debt and that's why he wanted to fight as many times as possible in 2014 to rebalance his finances.
