Ben Askren reveals challenge to Johny Hendricks behind the scenes at TUF 19 Finale

Ben Askren, former Bellator welterweight champion, remains tireless in his journey to enter the UFC. The fighter, who has already publicly criticized the president of Ultimate, Dana White, as well as names like Rory McDonald, detailed an episode that took place behind the scenes of the TUF 19 Finale, an event held last Sunday (6) in Las Vegas, in the United States.

Askren watched the event from the stands, next to the current UFC welterweight champion, John hendricks. in your account at Twitter, “Funky”, as he is known, said he challenged the North American.

"John hendricks was sitting in front of me, looking like a fat kid. He said, 'Hey, Johny, tell Uncle Dana to let you prove that you're the best. You can't defeat me. Why don’t you tell Dana to let me spank you?’ I asked. Johny replied: ‘Dana who?’, and left. I knew he was an idiot, but damn!”, wrote the fighter.

Last year, Askren gave up his Bellator belt to try to join the UFC. After the failure in negotiations, the North American has not spared criticism of the organization. He ended up signing a contract with Asian event One FC, where he has already achieved one victory.
