This Saturday (05), Lyoto Machida climbs into the octagon at Mandalay Bay to challenge the champion Chris Weidman and try to win the middleweight belt. One day before the duel, this Friday (04), Lyoto has an appointment with the scales, at the official weigh-in for the event, which takes place at 20pm (Brasília time). And just before the weigh-in, the Brazilian used social media to demonstrate his confidence for the big challenge in Las Vegas (USA).

In his official profile at Twitter, Lyoto released an image in which he appears alongside his father Yoshizo Machida and brothers Shinzo and Take. “My family, my strength. I’m ready!”, wrote the Bahian based in Pará along with the photo. The karateka family is mainly responsible for the development of the “Dragon” in martial arts and his very characteristic style as an MMA fighter.
