One of the most precious pieces of information in the world of MMA right now is the return date of Anderson Silva to the octagon after the fracture suffered in the rematch against Chris Weidman. Although there are several speculations and a somewhat vague notion released by Anderson himself, who indicated that he should return next year, there remains doubt about the issue. Despite this, contrary to expectations, the TUF Brasil 3 champion Warlley alves ended up saying that Spider's return could happen much sooner than expected, citing information he had heard behind the scenes at the UFC.

“There are two guys I’m a big fan of: one is Ronaldo Jacare. I have a lot of affection, he's my brother, I've always admired his fighting style. Another is the Anderson Silva. I found out backstage that he's going to fight in November. I want to get on this card. It will be a dream come true to be on the same card as the beast Anderson Silva will be fighting”, said Warlley, during a party held by a beer brand that sponsors the UFC in Rio de Janeiro, on the “Combate” channel website.

However, present at the same event, Spider himself tried to deny the X-Gym athlete, where the former champion himself prepares for his fights. “I'm only going back next year, I'm not ready yet, nor do I feel safe to return this year”, said Anderson, who also said he was not interested in a trilogy against his biggest tormentor. “Rematch against the Chris Weidman It's something that's not in my plans. He has already beaten me twice, everyone has seen it”, she assured.

At 39, Anderson Silva has a professional record of 33 wins and six losses. Middleweight champion between 2006 and 2013, Anderson holds the record for consecutive title defenses in UFC history, with ten consecutive victories when he put his title on the line. The Brazilian hasn't fought since December 28th, when he was defeated for the second time by Chris Weidman, after fracturing his left leg in the second round. Recently, Spider was cleared to return to training without restrictions.
