One of the fights that will excite the public at the fourth edition of the Watch Out Combat Show (WOCS) will be between Felipe Olivieri and Alex Cobra. WOCS takes place on June 25th, at Clube Oásis, in Barra da Tijuca (RJ), and this fight, in particular, will bring representatives from two of the biggest muay thai schools in Brazil, Boxe Thai and Thai Center. Who promises a lot of excitement is Olivieri from Rio.
“If it’s up to me, it will be beatings all the time, but with intelligence. I will try to play to my best and his mistakes. I know I'm going to fight against a very tough and experienced guy, who has already had a lot of fights. I’m doing a very good job at Boxe Thai and Nova União, two great teams, and I’m going in confident,” he said.
Regarding the fact of facing an opponent with similar characteristics, striking, Felipe doesn't see any problems.
“Not much changes for me, but I have, as I said, to fight intelligently. Play tight, because I know he's a striker with a tough hand. But I can't just think about my opponent, I think about myself too and I'm confident. I will do my best”, he said, thanking the support he has received for another clash:
“I would like to thank everyone who is helping me with this challenge, my father, mother and girlfriend; to the Johnny Eduardo and Luiz Alves, from Boxe Thai; and to Dedé Pederneiras, Marlon Sandro, Hacran Dias and everyone from Nova União. Now, may the best win”, he concluded.
Ticket sales start from May 25th, with a 50% discount when presenting a student ID card or promotional flyer, which will be easily found. The VIP area, with an open buffet, costs R$180 (R$90 half) and the ticket is a shirt (mandatory to wear). The common chair will be sold for R$80 (R$40 half). The price of the stand is yet to be announced.
