The ninth edition of Dream ended recently in Saitama, Japan. In the main fight of the night, a disappointing ending. Ronaldo Jacare e Jason Miller they faced each other for the vacant title of the middleweight division, but an illegal knee applied by the American opened a deep cut on the Brazilian's head and the doctors prevented the fight from continuing, thus, the duel ended without a winner.
For the second phase of the featherweight GP, a good victory for the black belt Bibiano Fernandes, which passed through Masakazu Imanari in the unanimous decision of the judges and is in the semi-finals of the tournament. Also at the GP, favorite Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto lost to Joe Warren, who was having his second professional fight.
In the super fights, another bad result for Brazil, away from fighting since April 2008, Gesias Cavalcante ended up being surpassed by the Japanese Tatsuya Kawajiri in the unanimous decision of the referees. Check out the full results:

– Hong Man Choi defeated José Canseco by technical knockout in R1;
– Ikuhisa “Minowaman” Minowa submitted Bob Sapp in R1.
