'Executioner of Brazilians', Brendan Allen challenges Khamzat Chimaev: 'I fear no one'

The North American promised to develop his career even further and asked for a duel against the Swedish star or former challenger Jared Cannonier

Surprising highlight of the middleweight (up to 83,9kg), Brendan allen showed confidence that he can go even further in the category. In an interview after the UFC Jacksonville, which took place last Saturday (24), the North American said that he has not yet reached the peak of his career and challenged the star Khamzat Shimaev and the former challenger Jared Cannonier.

“I'm the youngest guy in the top-15, so I haven't reached my peak yet. Rankings mean absolutely nothing now. I fear no man. I didn't turn down any fight. If this is what (Khamzat) Chimaev wants, he can come and get it. I don't care, anyone can do it. Chimaev, (Jared) Cannonier, anyone. Will he try to take me down? Congratulations. What are you going to do with it? I'm different with my back to the ground, on top, it doesn't matter. I'm a beast. I'm not here to talk shit about anyone. I'm just here to do my job. If he gets in my way, that’s what it is,” Allen said.

Thirteenth in the middleweight rankings, Brendan is enjoying a great moment and has been on the back of five consecutive victories, the last two of which were over Brazilians: André Sergipano e Bruno Blindado. The American has an MMA record of 22 wins and just five setbacks.
