UFC president Dana White doesn't believe the results of the surprise drug test he received Vitor belfort submitted at the beginning of the year will interfere with the fighter obtaining a license to fight in Las Vegas (USA).

The results of the exam are kept secret, and Belfort, at the moment, is not ready to fight again outside of Brazil. White, however, stated that this will not be a hindrance, as Belfort has not cheated at any time.

“Vitor drives me crazy, but he got a bad reputation in this whole thing. It's absolutely irrelevant [the test result], because I'm saying that we tested Vitor before every time he fought. He fulfilled everything that was asked of him. It has been tested. He was always within limits. Vitor belfort he never cheated”, commented White, in a press conference reproduced by the North American website MMA Fighting.

Even though he is not cleared to fight in the United States, Belfort continues to train hard. Recently, the fighter even summoned the middleweight champion, Chris Weidman, to come to Brazil to face him.
