Recently, Lyoto Machida stated that he already know what you need to do to defeat Chris Weidman in the main fight of UFC 175, which will take place on July 5th in Las Vegas (USA). A few days later, the middleweight title challenger published a video on his account on Instagram in which he appears intensively training takedown defenses in order to nullify one of his next opponent's most powerful weapons.
The video shows Lyoto training at Rafael Cordeiro's Kings MMA gym, under the supervision of wrestling coach Jacob Harman. The UFC 175 fight will mark the third opportunity in which Lyoto will try to win the organization's belt, the first being in the middleweight category.
In 2009, at UFC 98, the Brazilian knocked out Rashad evans to become light heavyweight champion. Two years later, he tried to regain his title, but was finished by Jon Jones.
