Before making his second defense of the UFC bantamweight belt, Renan Barao has a challenge ahead. On Friday night (23), the Brazilian and his opponent, TJ Dillashaw, will have to confirm the fight for the title at the official weigh-in for UFC 173, which takes place this weekend in Las Vegas (United States).
For the fight to be confirmed, Barão de Dillashaw will have to weigh a maximum of 135 pounds (61,2 kg) on the scale. The other fights, which are not valid for the belt, will have a pound (0,45 kg) tolerance in relation to the limit of the respective categories.
Another highlight of the night is the confrontation between Dan Henderson e Daniel Cormier, the winner of which will likely be the next challenger for the light heavyweight belt after Alexander Gustafson.
