According to the website of North American broadcaster FOX Sports, Renzo Gracie will not be charged with collective aggression after confusion in front of a nightclub in New York (USA), in the early hours of Monday. The fighter and the six people who accompanied him will have to answer for delinquency, a charge that has milder penalties provided for by law.
Renzo was arrested after a fight in front of the 1-Oak nightclub, which reportedly resulted in injury to one of the establishment's security guards. The group of people involved also includes Igor and Gregor Gracie, Renzo's cousins, as well as André Gusmão, MMA fighter and former UFC athlete.
