Team Alpha Male already has the name of coach Duane Ludwig's replacement. It will also be UFC athlete Martin Kampmann, who arrives at the team based in Sacramento, California (United States) with the aim of continuing the work done by the North American.

Ludwig has been the team's coach for the past year and a half. His work on the team was highlighted in the world of MMA, even receiving the “Coach of the Year” award in 2013, leaving behind names like Dedé Pederneiras, leader of Nova União. The announcement of his departure from Alpha Male It was done in March, and Ludwig will continue in the position until May 24th.

Kampmann's arrival to the team was commented by Chad Mendes, one of Team Alpha Male's main fighters. “We already know what [Ludwig’s] system is. We can continue using him and we know how he plans things. Now, we will add Martin Kampmann to 'steal' his brain and use some new techniques in fights”, commented the fighter, in an interview with the “UFC Tonight” program, on the North American broadcaster “FOX Sports”.

In addition to Mendes, Alpha Male has other prominent names, such as Urijah faber, Joseph Benavidez e TJ Dillashaw. Kampmann, 32 years old, has been a UFC athlete since 2006 and has a record of 11 wins and six losses in the organization. Recently, the Danish announced his temporary retirement from fighting, although he emphasized that he did not retire.
