American Joe Warren is Bellator's interim bantamweight champion. In the 118th edition of the event, held on Friday night (02), in Atlantic City, in the United States, Warren beat Brazilian Rafael Morcego in a unanimous decision by the judges. The interim title dispute took place due to an injury to Dudu Dantas, who couldn't put his belt on the line.
Although Rafael started the fight well, with a variety of takedowns and submission attempts, he opened up the front in the first two rounds. However, the North American made his best physical preparation count and recovered in the following splits to take the win in a triple 48×47.

Marcos Loro, the other Brazilian athlete on the card, let the cage circulate with the victory. The Nova União fighter faced Thomas Vasquez and won by unanimous decision from the judges. Loro dominated his opponent with his good takedown game and won the fight by unanimous decision from the judges.
