Former Bellator welterweight champion (under 77,1kg), Douglas lima recently had an unforgettable experience for a fight fan. The Brazilian fighter told the 'Trocação Franca' podcast what it was like to see part of the filming of the film 'Creed 3' at the gym where he trains in Atlanta (USA) and admitted that he really enjoyed the 'new' experience.

"It was amazing! What a cool experience. Michael B Jordan and Jonathan Majors... it was really cool to make this movie. And it's not easy, man. We trained there for, like, two hours for a five-second scene, you know? It's very exhausting, but I loved this experience. I hope I can do more of this in the future, because it’s really cool”, admitted an excited Lima.
The Brazilian athlete said he rehearsed for about a week to be able to record the film's scenes and praised the 'Creed 3' team's dedication to their work.
“We spent the whole week rehearsing, but filming took two hours. It's a small scene from the film. They work hard, man. We got an idea of how it's done. People work very hard”, concluded Douglas.
Despite the unforgettable experience outside the ring, Douglas' moment in his career is not the best. The Tupiniquim athlete comes from four consecutive defeats in the organization and will face the Dutchman Costello van Steenis this Friday (12), in the Bellator 296.
