The name of Khabib Nurmagomedov is on the rise within the UFC. The young Russian, who recently achieved his sixth victory in the organization by beating Rafael dos Anjos, has been considered to soon compete for the lightweight category belt.

One of Nurmagomedov's main coaches, Javier Mendez, is betting that his fighter will be able to compete for the title in two fights. “It would be advantageous in his position, considering the number of victories he has had in the UFC, for his next fight to be to define the challenger. I think it's very logical and I believe the fans would like to see that”, commented the AKA gym coach, in an interview with the North American website “MMA Fighting”.

That in itself is a nightmare for anyone,” he said.
