Former UFC welterweight champion, Matt hugs, who recently considered retiring, appears to have changed his mind. The athlete who faces Matt Serra at UFC-98, on May 23rd, demonstrated his desire to have a rematch against Thiago Pitbull e Georges St Pierre.
“If I beat Serra – and, obviously, I want the rematch, Thiago. I think the fight could have been different if my knee hadn't been injured”, commented Hughes, who also considered a fourth fight against Georges St Pierre.
“To be honest, I didn't like the way the last fight against GSP went, so I would love a rematch against him, but now I have to worry about Matt Serra, I only have him on my mind”, he concluded.
