After being removed from the middleweight title fight against Chris Weidman as a result of the new determination by the Nevada Athletic Commission on the end of exemptions for the use of TRT, Vitor belfort decided to take a vacation with his family. The rest, however, ended this Wednesday (09), when the Brazilian returned to training at a fast pace. Through your official profile on Instagram, Belfort released two videos in which he appears doing bodybuilding and physical preparation work.
“Grating, kneading, fighting, seeking, overcoming and defeating every giant that crosses my path! Paying the price without bargaining! No weapon formed against me will prosper, because my righteousness comes from God! No excuses!”, published the carioca along with the videos. The middleweight returned to action with intensity also on social media, publishing several images in just over 24 hours of activity and promising fans more videos of his training.
