Wilson Reis debuts with victory at Bellator FC

Wilson reis made his debut on the right foot at the Bellator FC featherweight GP. The Brazilian defeated Henry Martinez in a unanimous decision by the judges and advanced to the second phase of the tournament.

“It was a tough fight. I was able to control the fight, so I'm excited. I was a little slow in the first round, but I think my production improved afterwards. I'm excited to move forward. I have to keep working. I haven’t fought in seven months, but now I’m ready to fight again tomorrow”, declared Wilson at the press conference immediately after the fight. The event marked, in addition to the debut of the featherweight GP, the first phase of the lightweight and welterweight GP.
